Setting up the Expofix Prestige pop-up stand

Here we can show you how easy it is to build up a portable Expo Prestige 3x3 curved popup display stand.
First remove the Expo Prestige popup display frame from the carry drum and place it on the floor. It is essential to put the system the right way up before expanding it. Look for top and bottom labels or some frames have screw in feet to place on the floor.

Extending the Expo Prestige popup frame
Once the system is the right way up you may now gently lift the frame upwards and outwards and fully extend. Ensure all the magnetic locking arms are connected before leaving the frame to stand alone.

Attaching Expo Prestige magnetic struts
The next step is to attach the magnetic struts to the popup system. The straight magnetic bars are fixed to the hubs in a vertical position on curved systems. There are 18 straight struts with a standard 3x3 curved Prestige as shown above..

Next add attach the horizontal curved magnetic struts to Expo Prestige popup frame, the brown magnetic struts above (you might need a step to do this) and the silver compensation struts (3 of each) at the bottom of the system.

Then clip the U-shaped endcap struts to frame, again clicking the brown endcap magnetic struts at the top and the silver compensation endcap struts at the bottom of the system

Once all the the struts are assembled to the popup frame the next job is to add the low voltage spotlights, flash endcap lights, shelves showcases or any other accessories in the kit.

Hanging Prestige panels
Prestige graphic panels are numbered on reverse from left to defining the location on the popup system. Dress the frame starting with the center graphic panel, leaving the endcap panels until last. Please view our guide and learn how to hang Expo Prestige popup display panels.

Moving the Prestige display stand once setup
When you have finished building up the Prestige stand please take care if you decide to move it, because this can move the panels out of position. If you do decide to move it I recommend that you remove all the graphic panels and reposition the system then repeat hanging the panels.

Prestige take down procedure
Dismantling the popup display is basically the reversal of setup. Always handle panels with care. To avoid the damaging your printed panels or magnetic tape. Please read the Expo guide on handling Prestige graphic panels.

Take care when packing away the halogen spotlights because they can get very hot. After removing the panels, spotlights, showcases, media screens and any other accessories all the magnetic struts from the can be taken off the popup system. To remove the magnetic struts depress the clip on the back and pull away from the hub. Before attempting to lower the system make sure everything is removed, any attempt to lower the frame by force will result in damage. Please ensure all struts are removed before lowering the stand. Lower the system gently holding it by the square hubs in order not to catch you fingers in between the bars.

Take care to pack all the components away into the case in the correct way as shown in the first picture.
